RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Please contact us as contact@cruisercollections.com
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We will email you a return shipping label.  There will be an automatic flat charge of $10 for shipping. We will contact you for approval of that charge before charging your card.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized items

  • Any products that have been used

Damaged Items:

  • Please email us at contact@cruisercollections.com.
  • Include pictures of the original shipping box or envelope and the damaged product.
  • Please let us know if you want a replacement or refund.
  • We will send you a shipping label to return the damaged item.
  • Your replacement or refund will be on its way as quickly as possible during our normal operating hours. 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
