RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will email you a return shipping label. There will be an automatic flat charge of $10 for shipping. We will contact you for approval of that charge before charging your card.

Damaged Items:
- Please email us at contact@cruisercollections.com.
- Include pictures of the original shipping box or envelope and the damaged product.
- Please let us know if you want a replacement or refund.
- We will send you a shipping label to return the damaged item.
- Your replacement or refund will be on its way as quickly as possible during our normal operating hours.
Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
