Shipping Policy

 

1. Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders which involve customization such as engraving require additional time and are usually processed within 6 business days.

A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent after your order is shipped.

Please notify us via chat or email us at contact@cruisercollections.com for any requested changes to your shipping.

Any changes or cancellations must be made prior to shipment. We will not be responsible for any unsettled email or voicemail messages. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Customers must receive the merchandise and follow the return instructions. We will not be responsible for shipping return costs.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

Note: Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping

We do not ship internationally.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s status.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@cruisercollections.com within 5 days. We will investigate and provide a resolution.

Billing Information

  1. We Accept Online: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
  2. You will be charged once your order is prepared and processed. Please note that once the credit card authorization is received, the funds may be reserved for up to 14 days. Please check your individual bank's policy.

Return Policy

 

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  1. Please contact us at contact@cruisercollections.com.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will email you a return shipping label. There will be an automatic flat charge of $10 for shipping. We will contact you for approval of that charge before charging your card.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized items
  • Any products that have been used

Damaged Items

Please email us at contact@cruisercollections.com.

  • Include pictures of the original shipping box or envelope and the damaged product.
  • Please let us know if you want a replacement or refund.
  • We will send you a shipping label to return the damaged item.
  • Your replacement or refund will be on its way as quickly as possible during our normal operating hours.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
